⁡【新横浜ラーメン博物館】~ 無垢ツヴァイテ出店のお知らせ ~

「新横浜ラーメン博物館」は2024年に30周年を迎えられます。
現在、30周年へ向けた取り組みとして 2022年7月1日(金)から2024年にかけた約2年間、
歴代ラーメン店が順次出店する『あの銘店をもう一度』が開催されています。

この度、このプロジェクトに「無垢ツヴァイテ」も
期間限定で出店させていただく運びとなりました‼︎

出店期間 : 2023年12月12日(火)～2024年1月10日(水)
※休館日 : 12月31日(日), 2024年1月1日(月)

「無垢ツヴァイテ」は2014年6月25日から逆輸入ラーメン店として
ラーメンの聖地「新横浜ラーメン博物館」にて出店させて頂き、
一年半の期間限定の契約でしたが、有り難いことに沢山のお客様のおかげで、
延長を続けました。

しかし、2020年に発生した新型コロナウィルスのまん延により､
新横浜ラーメン博物館の休館中に惜しくも卒業をする形となりました。

本来であれば皆様に卒業を告知したうえで最終日を迎えたかったのですが、、、
上記のような理由により果たせませんでした。 

今回は､短い期間ではございますが、皆様の前で進化した無垢ツヴァイテを披露いたします‼︎

このような機会を与えて下さった新横浜ラーメン博物館の皆様には、
本当に感謝いたします。

【𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗻-𝗬𝗼𝗸𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘂𝗺】~ 𝗠𝗨𝗞𝗨 𝗭𝗪𝗘𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 ~

The Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2024.
Currently, the museum is working towards its 30th anniversary by from 1 July 2022 to 2024. For approximately two years,
Ramen restaurants from past generations will open their shops one after another.
The project is called „Revisiting the famous shops“.

„MUKU ZWEITE“ will also be participating in this project for a limited period of time.

⁡𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙙 : from 𝟭𝟮 𝗗𝗲𝗰 (𝗧𝘂𝗲) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 to 𝟭𝟬 𝗝𝗮𝗻 (𝗪𝗲𝗱) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰
𝘾𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙙 : 𝟯𝟭 𝗗𝗲𝗰 (𝗦𝘂𝗻), 𝟭 𝗝𝗮𝗻 (𝗠𝗼𝗻) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰

„MUKU ZWEITE“ has been operating since 25 June 2014. As a reimported ramen restaurant at the “Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum”, a sacred place for ramen.

The contract was for a limited period of one and a half years, but thankfully it was extended thanks to the many customers.

However, due to the spread of coronavirus that occurred in 2020, we regrettably had to graduate while the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum was closed.

Originally, we wanted to announce the graduation to everyone and then celebrate the last day, we could not fulfil the above reasons. 

We are pleased to present our new and improved Muku Zweite in front of you.
We are sincerely looking forward to your visit.
